Does Your Organisation Display a Summary of the Workers Compensation Act?

 

In NSW, the summary of Workers Compensation legislation, titled “WorkCover. Watching out for you” is compulsory to be displayed in NSW workplaces as per section 231 of the Workplace Injury Management & Workers Compensation Act 1998.

Contacting WorkCover NSW to download a “WorkCover. Watching out for you” poster.  Make sure you write down the organisations relevant details at the bottom of the poster (i.e. RTW Coordinator and Insurance Agents contact details) and display in prominent location/s throughout the workplace.
